Tai Chi in Clifton Court – Free Weekly Wellness Sessions for Everyone!
Delivered by CNSST Foundation and supported by Auckland Council

Join our free, gentle low‑impact Tai‑Chi sessions at Clifton Court, Panmure. Open to all ages, ethnicities and mobility abilities across Panmure and wider Tāmaki Makaurau.

Led by a fully certified professional Tai‑Chi instructor, these sessions support physical mobility, mental calm and build local social connections. No fees, no membership required. Indoor wet‑weather backup venue available at 20‑22 Clifton Court, Panmure.

🕒 Day: Every Wednesday from 10:00 am to 11:00 am

This community wellness programme is run by CNSST Foundation, a registered New Zealand charitable trust, supported by Auckland Council and delivered as part of the Auckland Urban Development Office’s Placemaking programme. We welcome all Panmure residents and visitors from surrounding suburbs including Mt Wellington, Glen Innes and Ellerslie.
