Join our free, gentle low‑impact Tai‑Chi sessions at Clifton Court, Panmure. Open to all ages, ethnicities and mobility abilities across Panmure and wider Tāmaki Makaurau.

Led by a fully certified professional Tai‑Chi instructor, these sessions support physical mobility, mental calm and build local social connections. No fees, no membership required. Indoor wet‑weather backup venue available at 20‑22 Clifton Court, Panmure.
