Frequently Asked Questions

When will the sale of the Downtown car park be completed?
Settlement will be completed on 18 December 2025.

Will the Downtown Car Park close on 18 December?

Will there be any immediate changes for casual customers?
There are no immediate plans for rate changes, with any future adjustments to be communicated clearly within the car park. Precinct will continue to operate the Downtown Car Park until it is required to close for development later next year (2026).

Payment machines remain unchanged and Downtown Car Park will remain ticketless.  Casual parkers will need to pay using the payment machines in the car park as they do now, or via a new online method.  QR codes to the new online method will be displayed throughout the site to enable customers to pay quickly and easily.

Can I still use the AT Park App to pay for parking in the Downtown Car Park?
